How a remodel runs with us

Remodels go wrong in predictable ways: vague scopes, demolition before materials arrive, and surprises priced after the wall is open. Our process is built to prevent those.

  1. Walkthrough

We come to the house, look at the space and what's around it — plumbing, wiring, framing, the slab — and listen to what you want it to do. We'll talk budget plainly. There's no charge for the visit.

  2. Written scope and price

You get a written scope naming the work, materials, and allowances, with one price. If something is uncertain until a wall is open, we say so in writing and explain how it will be handled.

  3. Selections and ordering

Cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, and other long-lead items are chosen and ordered before demolition, so your house isn't torn up while waiting on deliveries.

  4. Permits and scheduling

Where your city requires a permit, it's in the plan and the price. We schedule the work and tell you what to expect each week.

  5. Build

Phillip runs the job on site. Plumbing and electrical are done by Texas-licensed trades, and inspections happen where the work requires them. Dust walls go up and floors are protected.

  6. Final walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you and complete the punch list before the job is closed out.

Tell us about the room.

Text a few photos and what you'd like to change. We'll set up a walkthrough — no charge for the visit or the written estimate.
